Due to state and federal policies, once your order is placed and your contract has been executed and/or filings have been submitted to the federal or state agencies, we can not refund or cancel an order. All sales are final once your contract and payment is received and/or filings have been submitted. An order may be canceled if it has yet to be processed and/or payment has not been received.
